BAKHOUYI Abdellah (Ph.D.) est professeur d’enseignement supérieur assistant (PESA) à l'École Nationale Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ENSAD) - Université Hassan II de Casablanca, et membre du Laboratoire LTI (Laboratoire de Traitement de l’Information).
Il détient un doctorat en sciences, option informatique de la FSB-UH2C.
Il est responsable e-learning de l'ENSAD. Il est examinateur dans les revues IJCDS, iJIM et iJET sur online-journals.org indexées SCOPUS et WOS. Son travail se concentre sur le développement des systèmes intelligentes, l'interopérabilité des systèmes d'apprentissage en ligne, le Web sémantique, la réalité augmentée et virtuelle, Cloud Computing, Big Data et l'Internet des Objets (IoT).
